I grew up in White County but moved to Cookeville about 25 years ago. I started my career as a paramedic working for White and Putnam Counties for several years. I worked as a RN for the ED at CRMC and as a flight nurse for several years before getting my bachelor’s degree and then master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner.  I have been working at CRMC ED for the past several years as a Certified Emergency Nurse Practitioner.  My plan has always been to work in orthopedics eventually. I am married and have one son. I enjoy spending time with them and my two Great Danes when I am not working. My biggest hobby is working out.
