Occupational Therapist
Cookeville
2026
I help individuals recover from hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity injuries through evidence-based occupational therapy designed to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function. My passion is helping people return to the work, hobbies, sports, and everyday activities that matter most to them.
My clinical experience includes outpatient orthopedics, hand therapy, home health, acute care, and pediatrics. I have advanced training in custom orthosis fabrication, dry needling for the upper extremity, and physical agent modalities, allowing me to provide comprehensive rehabilitation for both surgical and non-surgical upper extremity conditions.
I love to share practical education on hand injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, tendon and nerve recovery, arthritis management, ergonomics, splinting, injury prevention, and the latest evidence-based approaches to upper extremity rehabilitation. Whether you’re a patient or healthcare provider, my goal is to make hand therapy approachable, informative, and empowering.
When I’m away from the clinic, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Brock, and our two boys, Ean and Mason. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and making the most of family life.
Helping hands heal—so you can get back to living.
