Todd Burks was born and grew up in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area. Todd married his wife Cheryl in 1991. They have lived in the Cookeville area since 1998. Todd and Cheryl have three children, Michael, Rebekah and Julie. They have two grandchildren, Addison Grace and Charlotte. Todd serves as a deacon at Grace Presbyterian Church in Cookeville, Tennessee. Todd enjoys fishing, traveling, water skiing and kayaking.
