Thomas Austin is a native of the Upper Cumberland area. He grew up in Baxter, TN on his family’s cattle farm, and enjoyed the outdoors with activities like hunting and fishing. He played multiple sports growing up, but gravitated towards baseball and golf.  During his time in PT school, he performed a sports rotation at University of Cincinnati Bearcats where he furthered his interest in sports. Moving back to Cookeville, TN,  he started working at Tier 1 in late 2017. Since working at a Tier 1, he has furthered his knowledge in sports by obtaining his TPI golf certification, Functional Athlete Training, FMS training, and Dry Needling.

During his free time Thomas enjoys playing golf, weight training, wake surfing, and traveling with his wife.
